Red Door Grill is the first of several concepts planned by Red Door Restaurants, which is led by Jason Gleaton as operations partner, Gary Zancanelli as founding partner, and Gold as culinary partner. Other “neighborhood-oriented” restaurants are scheduled to open in the Kansas City market and then the company plans to expand regionally.
