City police charged Antuan D. Mack, 32, of 2310 South Feederle Drive Southeast in Warren with petty theft Sunday after women identified him as the person who broke into their car and took cash, makeup, cigarettes, a bottle of vodka and other items. 

The women called police at 2:31 a.m. to the Royal Mall Apartments on state Route 46. Mack was released to his brother after police wrote him a summons to appear in court. Police later found a change purse and makeup on Moreland Street that belonged to the victims.

Carlisle police are looking for a man who exposed himself to two women in the parking lot of the CVS on South West Street. 

The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Dec. 22. According to police, the victims said the man walked up to the car, exposed himself and then walked away in the direction of Ridge Street.
